Visable Invisable
Art installation
A multi-layered project that addresses questions of bodily movement and physical presence. An illusory world in-between, on the boundary between wakefulness and dream.
Wandering as a state that allows one to disappear for a moment, to blend into the surroundings, and at the same time to observe certain phenomena that remain invisible under other conditions. Wandering souls, eternal phantoms, night terrors, angels – these are appearances of visual, auditory or kinesthetic impressions that make us unable to distinguish whether what we are experiencing is truth or illusion, reality or delusion.
A peculiar interpretation of the theme, expressed through video installation and works, becomes a multi-layered play with the body and the senses of the viewer, fully comprehensible only after traversing the entire distance within the exhibition space.
